Cancellation Policy for the Summer Program

เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมโครงการซัมเมอร์

*สำหรับผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน ที่ต้องการจองโครงการ Summer Camp เเบบกลุ่ม จำเป็นจะต้องรับทราบเงื่อนไขและให้ความยอมรับ ก่อนการจองทุกโครงการ* โปรดอ่านและทำความเข้าใจอย่างละเอียด หากมีข้อสงสัยประการใด โปรดติดต่อทีมงาน

1. We reserve the right to modify the travel program as deemed appropriate according to the situation. In doing so, we prioritize safety and the utmost benefit of our clients without prior notice. ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข โปรแกรมการเดินทางตามความเหมาะสมตามสถานการณ์ ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯจะยึดถือและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย รวมถึงประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
2. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will refund the entire deposit. ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเดินทางหากมีจำนวนนักเรียนขั้นต่ำไม่ถึงที่กำหนด โดยบริษัทฯจะคืนเงินค่ามัดจำให้ทั้งหมด
3. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if a participant wishes to cancel the trip for personal reasons. ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินมัดจำทุกกรณี หากนักเรียนต้องการยกเลิกการเดินทางด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัวใดๆก็ตาม
4. If full payment for the program has been made and a cancellation is requested, you will receive a refund of the remaining amount, minus non-refundable expenses such as program deposits, homestay deposit, flight ticket, visa fees, entrance ticket deposits, tuition fees, travel insurance and other expenses incurred by us on behalf of airlines, embassies, and other relevant organizations. ในกรณีที่ชำระเงินค่าโครงการเต็มจำนวนแล้วและต้องการยกเลิก ท่านจะได้รับเงินส่วนที่เหลือคืนหลังจากหักค่าใช้จ่าย โดยต้องยินยอมโดนหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องคืนมาได้ เช่น ค่ามัดจำโครงการ ค่ามัดจำที่พัก ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบิน ค่าทำวีซ่า และ ค่ามัดจำตั๋วเข้าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ค่าเรียน ค่าประกันภัยการเดินทาง เเละอื่นๆ ที่ทางบริษัทได้ชำระไปแล้ว แก่สายการบิน สถานทูต สถาบันการศึกษา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นต้น
5. The deposit amount of THB 50,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the case of visa refusal. However, it may be credited toward a future program or transferred to another participant, subject to prior written agreement and consideration on a case-by-case basis. ค่ามัดจำจำนวน 50,000 บาท ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ รวมถึงกรณีที่วีซ่าถูกปฏิเสธ อย่างไรก็ตาม อาจมีการ เก็บไว้ใช้ในครั้งถัดไป หรือ โอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น ได้ โดยต้องมี ข้อตกลงล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และพิจารณาเป็น กรณีไป
6. In cases where a one-time full payment is made without a separate deposit, 50,000 THB is treated as a deposit and is non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation. ในกรณีที่มีการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนโดยไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่ามัดจำแยกต่างหาก บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าเงินจำนวน 50,000 บาทเป็นค่ามัดจำ ซึ่ง ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ หากมีการยกเลิก
7. If cancellation is notified at least 45 days before the departure date, you will receive a 100% refund of the remaining amount after deducting non-refundable expenses. หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเดินทาง 45 วัน ท่านจะได้รับเงินคืน 100% จากส่วนที่เหลือหลังจากหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้
8. If cancellation is notified at least 30 days before the departure date, you will receive a 30% refund of the remaining amount after deducting non-refundable expenses. หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเดินทาง 30 วัน ท่านจะได้รับเงินคืน 30% จากส่วนที่เหลือหลังจากหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้
9. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure date. หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเดินทาง น้อยกว่า 30 วัน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินทั้งหมด
10. Refunds for expenses already incurred and services paid for will depend on the policies of the respective travel agents, airlines, and other relevant entities. Such refunds are subject to their cancellation terms. ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นและค่าบริการต่างๆที่ท่านได้ชำระแล้ว ทางบริษัทฯ จะนำไปชำระให้กับตัวแทนท่องเที่ยวฯ สายการบิน สถานทูต สถาบันการศึกษา โรงเเรม หอพัก ที่พักทุกรูปเเบบ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ การขอคืนเงินสำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น และบริการที่ชำระแล้วจะขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของตัวแทนท่องเที่ยว สายการบิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การขอคืนเงินนี้จะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการยกเลิกของตัวแทนนั้นๆ
11. Service fees and operational fees paid to Inspired Education and Visa Centre for services already rendered are non-refundable and cannot be claimed or compensated under any circumstances. ค่าบริการ เเละค่าดำเนินงาน ของ อินสไปรด์ อีดูเคชั่น แอนด์ วีซ่า เซ็นเตอร์ ที่ได้ดำเนินงานไปเเล้วจะขอเรียกคืนหรือชดเชยกลับมาไม่ได้ทุกกรณี
12. In the event that a participant cancels the trip after the visa has been granted, the Company reserves the right to notify the Embassy. The consideration of such notification is at the sole discretion of the Embassy, as visa application records are documented and stored within each countrys visa processing system. การยกเลิกการเดินทางภายหลังจากได้รับอนุมัติวีซ่าแล้ว ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจ้งสถานทูต เพื่อให้อยู่ในดุพินิจของสถานทูต เนื่องจากการขอวีซ่าในแต่ละประเทศ จะถูกบันทึกไว้ในสติถิของศูนย์
13. Expenses and service fees will be calculated based on current exchange rates and airfare prices. We reserve the right to adjust service fees in response to changes in fees, currency fluctuations, or other relevant factors. ค่าใช้จ่ายและค่าบริการต่างๆ จะถูกคำนวณจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนและราคาตั๋วเครื่องบินในปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนราคาค่าบริการ ในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าธรรมเนียม การประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรือ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
14. We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to force majeure events beyond our control, such as flight cancellations, airline delays, accidents, natural disasters, epidemics, border closures, strikes, and loss of property at various locations. Participants cannot claim damages resulting from such events, which may cause our program to be temporarily suspended. บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากเหตุการณ์สุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากควบคุมของบริษัทฯ เช่น การยกเลิกเที่ยวบิน การล่าช้าของสายการบิน อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การปิดประเทศ การนัดหยุดงาน การจลาจล และ การสูญหายของทรัพย์สินที่เกิดขึ้นในสถานที่ต่างๆ ผู้เดินทางจะไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายที่เกิดจากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวนี้ และ/หรือ ทำให้โครงการของบริษัทฯหยุดชะงักด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัย
15. In the event of a COVID-19 infection before departure, during the program, or after returning from the program, if the participant contracts COVID-19 at any stage, the parent/guardian cannot request a refund or claim any compensation. The parent/guardian also cannot initiate any legal action to request a refund of the program fee for this reason. โรคระบาด Covid ในขณะก่อนเดินทาง ระหว่างการเข้าร่วมโครงการ หรือหลังจากเดินทางกลับมาแล้ว หากผู้เดินทางได้ติด Covid ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในช่วงใดของการเข้าร่วมโครงการ ก็ตาม ผู้ปกครองไม่สามารถเรียกค่าเสียหายคืนกลับมาได้และ ไม่สามารถฟ้องร้องขอค่าโครงการคืนด้วยเหตุผลนี้
16. If you choose not to utilize any services, whether in part or in full, during the program, you forfeit the right to claim any refunds. หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนในขณะที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องเงินคืนได้
17. In the event that parents or guardians arrange any travel or activities outside the scope of the officially stated programwhether for themselves or for the participating student, and whether such travel occurs during the program period or after the program has concludedany expenses arising therefrom, including but not limited to airfare, flight date changes, additional accommodation costs, changes to accommodation dates, additional entrance fees to tourist attractions, visa fees for individuals other than the student, or any other expenses not directly related to the Summer Camp Program, shall be solely the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

The Company expressly reserves the right to disclaim any and all liability for such expenses that fall outside the official program. The traveler, parent, or guardian shall have no right to claim, demand, or seek reimbursement or compensation from the Company for any such additional expenses.

Furthermore, the Company is under no obligation to inquire into, manage, or acknowledge any supplementary travel plans or arrangements that are unrelated to the program, regardless of whether such plans are communicated verbally or through written messages (including chat conversations). The Company shall not be held liable for any costs, losses, or consequences arising from such independent travel arrangements.

ในกรณีที่ผู้ปกครองจัดให้มีการเดินทางหรือกิจกรรมใด ๆ นอกเหนือจากโครงการที่ได้ระบุไว้อย่างเป็นทางการ ไม่ว่าการเดินทางดังกล่าวจะเป็นของผู้ปกครองเองหรือของนักเรียนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ และไม่ว่าจะเกิดขึ้นระหว่างระยะเวลาเข้าร่วมโครงการหรือภายหลังจากที่โครงการได้สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว ค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นอันเนื่องมาจากการเดินทางหรือกิจกรรมดังกล่าว ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบิน ค่าเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทาง ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านที่พักเพิ่มเติม ค่าเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพัก ค่าเข้าชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเพิ่มเติม ค่าวีซ่าสำหรับบุคคลอื่นที่มิใช่นักเรียน หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับโครงการให้ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ปกครองแต่เพียงฝ่ายเดียว

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่อค่าใช้จ่ายที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากโครงการที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น ทั้งนี้ ผู้เดินทางหรือผู้ปกครองไม่มีสิทธิเรียกร้อง เรียกคืน หรือขอให้บริษัทรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าวไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ

นอกจากนี้ บริษัทไม่มีหน้าที่หรือภาระผูกพันในการสอบถาม ดูแล จัดการ หรือรับทราบแผนการเดินทางอื่นใดที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ ไม่ว่าการแจ้งแผนดังกล่าวจะกระทำโดยวาจา หรือเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร รวมถึงการสื่อสารผ่านข้อความสนทนา บริษัทจะไม่ต้องรับผิดใด ๆ ต่อค่าใช้จ่าย ความเสียหาย หรือผลกระทบใด ๆ อันเกิดจากการจัดการเดินทางที่เป็นอิสระจากโครงการดังกล่าว
